ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer returns or exchanges on undamaged items. See below for damaged items.
Damaged Items
Spa Loops inspects packaging and all items before shipping to prevent shipment of damaged or defective items. All items should arrive in good working order.
For items damaged during shipping transit, please contact us using our Damaged Item Replacement form to arrange a replacement. Pictures of the packaging and damaged item will be required.
